I need to organize more than 40,000 army personnel to take care ground security within 6 months, and I will order every district in the country to provide 445 persons to join the army unconditionally because we need to revive our national unity and prestige. If the Regional Administration of Somaliland and Puntland refuse to comply with national and international law then we will seek international assistance to charge them under thr international law before we use accessive force to comply with national interests.
