Our Government will have three seperate executive branches

1. The Executive Branch

The Executive Brach is headed by the President of the Democratic Republic, if the President is not in the country for political bussiness or medical attention then the vice-president will be in-chagre to coordinate and govern the cabinet until the return of the president of the President of the Democratic Republic.

2. The Parlaiment

The Parliament implements, adopts and enacts the legislative affairs, and has the capability to amend the constitution of the President of the Democratic Republic 

3. The Judicial Branch

The Judicial Branch has the absolute decision to reach verdicts in consultation with the Judicial Committe of the National Parliament of Somalia, and they have the ability to investigate the Executive Branch, The National Parliament and the Member of the Suppreme Court in consultation with the National Security Agencies.
