My Political Plan
a) National Plan
My national plan is based on qualitative systems which can focus on local development for better governance within the governmental branches.
b) Economic Plan
My Economical plan will based on internationalism which every and each nation on this earth you can invest or they can come and invest in Somalia.
My government will start the first social welfare programs in Somalia where people can get some money monthly whenever we exploit our natural resources in order to share revenue wealth nationally.
c) Education
Every child in Somalia has the right to get free primary, secondary and university education, and we will do our best to hire elite scholars and invest educational projects than any other nations in Africa.
d) Health
Our government will provide the state of art health facilities and coverage in Somalia where you can choose your own personal physician/doctors.
e) Security
Security is very vital to any country therefore; we will invest our security capability and resistance in 21st century.
f) Agriculture
Our government will give agriculture as the most essential job for food production, consumption and security food in the country by encouraging local farmers to plant more various food products for national consumption and exporting to the needy international markets.
g) Foreign Policy
Our foreign policy will be based on bilateral and multilateral relations for better diplomacy, and we will always try to pursue exceptional and extraordinary diplomacy.
It is true that my foreign policy is based on democratic values constitutionally, and we will apply for it every condition regardless of political pressure withinthe Democratic Republic of Somalia internally as well as externally.
The Government of Somalia is and will be very friendly with the Western Clubs and itsallied so that we can sustain bilateral and multilateral diplomacy on socio-economic development and sharing natural resources equally and logically.
My Counter-Terrorism Strategy
My government will fight and provide counter-terrorism bill to combat both religious andpolitical terrorism nationally, regionally and globally because theinternational security is a concerned matter for all of us, and we must keep it wisely than misguiding for devilish interests.
The Piracy
I will fight with piracy nationally, regionally and globally but our government will also take punishable measures against the illegal foreign vessels which have no legal license to fish in Somali coast. If once caught fishing illegal in Somalia then the second chance will be harsh and unexpected verdict that can even lead illegal fishermen to the death penalty.
My Oath I swear to the best of my knowledge that these above-named are the most qualified and ready to take uptheir ministerial posts, which they will have to serve and work howto return law and order in Somalia.
This is the best representation of equal tribal quotation in the right cabinet among our tribes, and if you need then you can ask any political groups in Somalia.
Somalia adopted national constitution on 4th of July, 1960s, and we will try to use and implement this national constitution, which was based on democratic values in the rule of law and order.
On behalf of Somalia, I hereby confirm to the Federal Government of Ethiopia that Somalia will be more friendly with the Federal Government of Ethiopia than other countries in Africa, and we will share more collaborations for better development in education, health, resources and diplomacy.
