I, Dr. Badal Kariye who is the future Somali presidential candidate in 2012 hereby officially declare to the United States Government that I am qualified to run and lead Somalia for better political stability and diplomatic cooperation in 2012 presidential elections which will be held in the Capital Mogadishu.

 I will ascertain that all my people are equally represented tribally in the cabinet so that we can move forward to rebuild Somalia from destruction to the wealthiest nation in Africa where most of the people will look to secure work and peace.   

And the United States of America will be our greatest partner for everything except our culture and religion because Somalis are very serious about their culture and religion as the United States Constitution has been serious about freedom of expression and religion.

I have the only dream to solve Somalia’s unresolved civil war and Islamic extremism, and I need your financial and political support in order to take up Somali presidency in 2012 before everything collapses.

I have chosen my vice-president an iron women who has been trying to resolve political and militia disputes since 1991 up to this present date, and I have no problem if she also becomes the first Somali President but my society doesn’t like women leadership mostly but I will make sure that she will replace me after my 1^st or 2^nd term ends. 

Next Somali President will in Minnesota resident, and it will be a great honor for me to serve as the President of the Democratic Republic of Somalia and the United States of America which is my second homeland.
