a) The Traditional Leaders

The traditional leaders are the backbone of our society, and they have enough respect to mediate and negotiate between two or among us so that they use customary norms and laws practiced locally to solve any problems.

b) The Religious Leaders

The Religious Leaders are the most supreme leaders of our society, and they practice Islamic Jurisprudence (Shari'a Laws), which deals with any kind of religious laws.

c) The Non-governmental Organizations

All the Non-governmental organizations are welcome to open office or operational bases in Somalia  but they must register with the Somali Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
