OFFICE OF THE SOMALI PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE FOR 2012 ELECTIONS

I, the Presidential Candiate Dr. Badal Kariye will soon call the former Somali National Security Services to come back, if they can work then they've to work for thier nation, which let it down in 1991. It's time to take it up into the global map.

I will need to recruit for new 10,000 NSS Officers, and our government must recruit on district level basis, and it will be divided 90 districts equally or  18 regions. Each district will get 111 NSS personnel  propotionally.

I will contract with the best of Intelligence Colleges, Universities, Schools and Government to retrain Somalia's Elite NSS Officers.
