No 4.5 Somali Clan Formulas

There’s nothing call Somali Clan Formula 4.5, and there is nothing call for .5 or others in our future government of the Democratic Republic of Somalia

The Somali Parliament must be 180 parliamentarians, and it can be shared as based on district or regional level because we’ve already realized that the Somali Clan Formula, which is 4.5 couldn’t work in the Somali parliament and for Somalia.

Therefore, I must reduce the number of Somali parliamentarians from 550 parliamentarians into effective, sufficient and workable number for Somalia such 180 parliamentarians.

As district level, it will be 180 divide 90 districts = 2, each district in the Democratic Republic of Somalia will get two parliamentary seats

As regional level, it will be 180 divide 18 regions = 10, each region in the Democratic Republic of Somalia will get 10 parliamentary seats.
